Order Processing Time


All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.


If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

 

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times


We use the shipping carrier that best suits the type of product ordered and the delivery location. Estimated delivery times vary depending on product availability and location, ranging from 1 to 15 days and, in some cases, up to 30 days.


Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier delays, and supply chain issues.


Currently, we only ship within the United States.

 

Shipping Costs


At this time, we offer free shipping on all our products. However, we reserve the right to change or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

 

Order Tracking


Customers can track their orders directly from our homepage. While we do not currently have tracking software integrated, this may change soon.

 

Incorrect Addresses & Undelivered Packages


Providing the correct shipping address is the full responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additionally, we are not responsible if a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts by the carrier.


If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, no refund or replacement will be issued. The customer may place a new order with the correct information.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages


For lost or damaged packages, please refer to our Refund Policy, where the procedures for handling such issues are outlined.

 

Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received


If an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, but the customer claims not to have received it, the customer must provide substantial proof that the package was not delivered.


Each case will be reviewed individually, and we reserve the right to determine whether a refund or replacement will be issued based on the outcome of our investigation.
